Chelsie and Vincent on the Yellowstone

There is something very unique about the Yellowstone River valley.  I think it’s all about the history that has transpired in this ever wild and powerful land.  I always feel it when I walk into this river. It’s liberating. So when I walked into the river to shoot a few images from that vantage point, I see things a little differently.

Last night I spent an hour or so with Chelsie and Vincent who are planning their wedding in June of 2017. They chose the Paradise Valley for their photos and I know they love this place as much as I do.  As we photographed I admired how authentic they are in the way they touch and hold onto each other.  It didn’t take much prompting to get them feeling free and comfortable in front of the lens.  Actually, at times I think they sort of forgot about the photography.  And THAT is good!

Happy days ahead for this handsome couple!
